Introducing The todos Board!
The Todos Board is an interactive whiteboard linked to a web portal allowing users to personalize the board, add tasks, and select themes. It offers daily weather updates, inspirational quotes, a mood tracker, an interactive to-do list, and a tic-tac-toe game.

Problem: Effective habit formation requires focused attention. Habit-building strategies often rely on digital platforms, which can sometimes result in distractions or loss of focus.

Web-Portal of the Todos Board
The web-portal acts as the user engagement with the board. Within the site the user can put down their custom todos, choose what is displayed onto the board, and connect to the board. The web portal is an easy access way to interact with the board.
The design and flow of the board had gone through many iterations. The color scheme went from red, green and turquoise to just blue to finally purple. The same information has stayed mostly consistent but has went from a 3-4 tab website to all the information being onto one page for easy and quick access.
Weather API
The todos board utilizes the free weather API from Open-Meteo to retrieve real-time weather data based on user-inputted locations within the todos web portal. This API provides the current temperature for the specified area.
Daily Quote
The todos Board has a collection of more than 30 distinctive quotes designed to inspire and uplift users on a daily basis. These motivational quotes are selected to foster positivity and provide ongoing encouragement to our users. Each day, a new quote from this collection will be displayed, aiming to promote a positive mindset.
